Glue Bond PUR Adhesive

GLUE BOND adhesive is single component moisture curing polyurethane adhesive, with high water resistance and high temperature resistance as per WATT 91. Materials to be bonded should be grease, dust & dirt free. (This is particularly important with nonporous substrates.) Apply GLUE BOND 1M PUR only on one substrate. Clamp the bonded surface for 60 min at 40°C for best results. A period of 1 to 4 hours will be required for good bonding, dependent on the temperature and the nature of the materials to be bonded. Maximum bond strength will be achieved after 24 hours. After opening, protect adhesive from excessive exposure to moisture. Quick & clean application. Stronger bond follows to D4 standards EN 204/205 and JAS (BW4D) Standards. For use on multiple surfaces. Simple, modern and labour-friendly application. Very high water resistant. Ready to use (no mixing).
